[Biopredyn_af] BioPreDyn: annual meeting_hotel booking

Dear all, Here are the special discount codes for the hotels (note that we have been asked to not publish the codes or the prices that we are receiving). Please book your own rooms (the 2013 prices are slightly higher than what we told you before). The discounts that Paola has worked out for us for the 4-star hotel are significant (more than 60%) and can also be used if you plan to stay longer than only the 2 nights of the conference. (Many people will stay on the 6th). Both places are within walking distance to the venue (and the walks will be beautiful! see the map: A is the B+B, B is the hotel, and C is the Aula Magna, the venue: Via Partenope, 36). We will "end" the registration tomorrow: Paola needs a final number of participants to negotiate prices for dinners and lunches. (Of course, you can still join, but for price negotiations, the more participants, the better the prices). [Biopredyn_af] BioPreDyn: please sign up for annual meeting

Dear all, I would like to ask you to register now for the annual meeting (by January 16th at the latest, rather than the end of January as I asked you last time), so that we can organize the hotels, dinners, etc. Please note that you will be responsible for booking your own hotel, but Paola (our coordinator in Naples) will get a substantial discount for us (from about 230 Euro to 95 Euro for the 4 star hotel, for example) and will give you a code to use when booking (but to negotiate this with the hotels, we first need you to sign up). https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?fromEmail=true&formkey=dEZENDZ… Other news: we are continuing our negotiations with the SME Evolva and are quite optimistic about them being able to join our consortium in the near future.
