Dear all,

I received this email about an upcoming conference on "twinning" with India in the theme of "sustainable biomass". It's organized by a EC-funded networking project (i.e. it's not a scam). Perhaps it could be interesting for you.

best wishes,
Veronica

Dear Raker,

Within the framework of the SAHYOG project (Strengthening Networking on Biomass Research and Biowaste Conversion – Biotechnology for Europe India Integration) I would gladly like to draw your attention to a Symposium and Networking event that we are organizing on 28th – 29th of October in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

The SAHYOG project is a EU-sponsored coordination activity to systematically bridge the on-going respective activities from India and Europe that help providing the basis for novel applications in a sustainable bio-economy of the future – the so-called knowledge based bio-economy (KBBE). Within SAHYOG, broad networking of respective scientific and industry communities, twinning of large sets of research projects, as well as short term exchange visits of researchers are implemented. For more information, please refer to: http://www.sahyog-europa-india.eu/

The SAHYOG Symposium and Twinning workshop will take place on 28th and 29th October 2013 in Utrecht, with the general topic of “Developments in Sustainable Biomass Valorisation: EU-India R&D collaboration on Biomass and Biowaste”. I hereby would like to invite to you to participate as a projectleader of an EC-funded project. During the event, it is also possible to participate in a Brokerage event where you can engage in discussions with a number of organisations and companies from India.

Further information on location, registration  and other details on the event are included on the following website: http://www.b2match.eu/sahyog. Hotel reservation should be done by yourself and early registration is recommended. If you are not available on these dates, I would appreciate if you could forward this mail to a project partner.

I look forward to your reaction, and hope to meet you in Utrecht on the 28th of October.

Kind regards,
