I would like to ask you to register now for the annual meeting (by January 16th at the latest, rather than the end of January as I asked you last time), so that we can organize the hotels, dinners, etc. Please note that you will be responsible for booking your own hotel, but Paola (our coordinator in Naples) will get a substantial discount for us (from about 230 Euro to 95 Euro for the 4 star hotel, for example) and will give you a code to use when booking (but to negotiate this with the hotels, we first need you to sign up). 

Other news: we are continuing our negotiations with the SME Evolva and are quite optimistic about them being able to join our consortium in the near future. I will keep you updated.
