Hello,

Here are the minutes. I just realized that I won't be able to have a call next week (due to the RNA-seq workshop at EBI) and probably not the week after that either, but let's be in touch by email/skype to finish the papers.

- Tuuli is finishing some last analyses for the main paper, and will send the second draft around on Friday evening or Saturday morning.
- The deadline for main paper submission is two weeks from now
- One of the last analyses has been to look at GWAS eQTLs and finding causal variants for them from our data set. I'm thinking of having a plot of one of them in the paper; you can see the attached table if your favorite genes happen to be there.
- Companion papers: Peter is starting to draft the QC paper, and we'll have a splicing call tomorrow. We'll push to have both of them as pdf supplements in the main paper submission
