Hello,

Here are the minutes. The next call will be in one week, October 4th.

- One thing that I forgot to emphasize on the call so I'll write it here: we need to start wrapping up the analysis in order to stay on schedule. Deadline for analysis is in two weeks - there can be updates later on, but you should send material to Tuuli by then.
- There will be a whole group call including the PIs in about 2 weeks to discuss paper outlines, publication policies and companions. Everyone is welcome to join
- Discussion on RNAseq presentations in Santiago. We'll have a 30-45 minutes slot in the morning; Tuuli and/or Manolis will present on the progress of the WP and the outline of the main paper. Peter will give a ~15 minute presentation on QC maybe in the afternoon.
- Tuuli has sent around a draft outline of the main paper and main figures/tables. It can be found in the wiki; feel free to edit. http://sanabre.net/geuvadis/index.php/Papers
- Manny presented slides on splice site variant effects on junction quantifications. Looking good; some additional analysis to do using Micha's splice scores and Tuuli's further normalization by gene quantification. Tuuli will also look into ASE evidence of splice variants causing NMD.

best regards,
Tuuli
