Here are the minutes. The next call will be either next week, August 30th, or in two weeks on September 6th - I'll let you know next week.

- People should update methods and analyses in the new wiki, and send also an email to the analysis group list if there's significant new content
- The date and location of the analysis group meeting is undecided - please will in the form: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dGhhRkVCSllrNEdTYVlSZ3B4b0F2NWc6MQ .
- Marc has uploaded miRNA QC and quantification results
- Tuuli is finishing ASE analysis and putting together the final methods and pipeline for eQTL analysis
- Pedro emailed Tuuli that the exon inclusion statistics and differential expression analysis is pretty much done
- Matthias and Philip from Kiel presented results of splicing and soft splicing analysis. Matthias will try to join the next loss-of-function call to discuss the best ways to quantify splicing and test the statistical association to genotypes; they will look into population variation of soft splicing also without the aspect of genetic variants.
