-       Deadline of the Analysis group meeting in Barcelona (June 9-10) was last Friday. Tuuli will put together a preliminary program.

-       We’ll update to GENCODE v12 annotation instead of v7 that we planned to use before.

-       Discussion of additional annotations – miRNA annotation to use will be from miRBase v18. Marc F. will check if we’ll use Gencode snoRNA annotation or something else.

-       Exon quantifications from Tuuli, and Flux transcript quantifications from Micha/Thasso are available on the ftp site

-       Imputations are done, and Tuuli will finish the genotype files within days

-       Loss-of-function subgroup (Manny, Tuuli, Daniel…) is updating variant annotations, which will take a couple of weeks but will give us better quality annotation info than what is available from 1000 Genomes.

-       Tuuli presented slides about allele specific expression analysis
