Information about Poster Session:
See attached the list of accepted posters. The poster space will be 90 x 120 cm (width x height), which corresponds to A0 VERTICAL format (or 16 pages in A4 format).
You can hang your poster during the registration or the first coffee break on 10 April (double-sided adhesive type and scissors will be available in registration desk). There will be no specific order of posters, just choose the free space you like the most. Please take off your poster before 11 April at 17:00h.
Information about Certificate of Attendance:
You can request your certificate of attendance during the meeting, in registration desk. We will send it to you in a pdf via email after the meeting.
Do not hesitate to contact me in case of any doubt. But please note I will be out of the office without access to my mailbox from 22 March at 14:00h (CET) until 2 April morning.
