 We are pleased to be able to extend deadlines for the early-bird  
 registration fee and poster abstract submission for "The Future of  
 Evo-Devo" symposium.
 • The hotel rooms with the group discount rate are filling fast and  
 will expire January 16th, so please register soon!
 • The poster abstract submission deadline has been extended to  
 January 22nd.  Submission guidelines can be found at

 • The symposium is almost full, so please register soon!  Symposium  
 registration closes February 3rd, or as soon as capacity is reached.
 The symposium is being organized by students and faculty affiliated  
 with the University of Oregon's NSF IGERT program on evolution,  
 development and genomics.  It will be held February 10 - 12, 2012 in  
 Portland, OR at the Nines Hotel.  We have deliberately capped  
 registration for this symposium in order to facilitate a more  
 intimate environment and to encourage free discussion between  
 attendees and speakers.  We are rapidly approaching this limit, so  
 if you are interested in attending, please register soon to ensure
