[Geuvadis_rna_analysis] geuvadis wiki updates: identifiers, formats and ASE

Hello all, I've written some updates in the Geuvadis wiki: - I've created a page for identifier and file format information. We will all have less grey hair by the end of the project if we are consistent on these things.
