Hi,
I updated the wiki with some results of our analyzes here,
and I started under WP4: RNAseq » Analysis »
- a child page "(A2) Variant Calling"
http://www.geuvadis.org/group/geuvadis/wikis/-/wiki/Main%20Geuvadis%20Wiki/…
- a child page "(A3) mRNA Variation"
http://www.geuvadis.org/group/geuvadis/wikis/-/wiki/Main%20Geuvadis%20Wiki/…
according to the numbers/names from Tuuli's analysis plan.
I figured that maybe it is more transparent if every "analysis package"
has a page that gets continuously updated (e.g., bottom-to-top) by
results of the different groups, rather than creating an own page for
every update--that will soon explode.
Maybe we find some time during the call to discuss whether this is
a good idea.
Best,
micha
