Hi,
as discussed in our last TC, we performed a test on the gene discovery rate
with sample permuations: 30 permutations on CEU in the attached plot, it
can also be found on the wiki site.
I think the result looks quite attractive; we may comment on that during
the call, but I think this is a suitable way to represent the
phenomenon--maybe with a couple of more permutations, I suggest ~150.
