Dear all,
This is a reminder to upload the quantification details for the five
common samples (see old message below). So far it is only CRG/PCB and
UNIGE who have provided information.
I kindly ask you to have a look at the data you have and up-load it or
e-mail it to me directly. It is not much data we need.. e.g. our (UU)
data looks like this:
Sample Konc.Qubit ng/µl Konc. Bioanalyzer ng/µl
HG00117 1280 1460
HG00355 1050 1290
NA06986 1490 not analyzed
NA19095 1280 1440
NA20527 1900 not analyzed
Please also mention what method you used for the quantification (Qubit,
picogreen, nanodrop etc)
Thanks in advance
Mathias
Hi all,
As part of the inter-lab comparison of the results I was thinking on
also comparing the QC performed on the RNA delivered from Geneva.
I suppose that most of the sequencing centres do some kind QC before
proceeding with fragmentation and library prep (e.g. we do qPCR and
Bioanalyzer).
If you have e.g. the concentrations and RIN-values that you determined
for the five common samples (HG00117, HG00355, NA06986, NA19095,
NA20527), could you please up-load this as well to the ftp-site?
Remember to specify what method/instrument you used to get the values
so that we can do a "fair" comparison.
I suggest you put it in the
/upload/geuvadis/wp4_rnaseq/main_project/sample/input_qc folder I just
made for this purpose.
Thanks and have a nice weekend,
Mathias
